Production defect? We reprint, not refund - that's the guarantee, on every order. Damaged on arrival? Send us a photo of the package and a photo of the product and we will remake it. You see the exact preview before you pay, so there are no surprises.
Close, not exact. The same colour looks different on screen, in ink, and on fabric. DTG and DTF: close match on most colours. The ink bonds into the fibre so small shifts are normal. Screen Print: closest match to a Pantone target, but not an exact hit. Good for most brand colours. If colour is critical: email work@yourdesignstore.in before you order and we will produce a sample piece.
No. All our apparel is pre-washed, so it does not shrink further in the wash. Order your usual size and it stays that size.
Depends on the mug. Ceramic: yes, microwave and dishwasher safe. Enamel: no (metal base underneath). Suction mug: no (double-walled BPA-free plastic). Check the individual listing.
No. Sublimation bonds the dye into the coated surface, so the print is part of the surface, not a layer on top. Scratch and wash resistant under normal use.
